SHAP10R Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the SHAP10R website, playable web build, and related SHAP10R app experiences provided by William Scott Jensen.

Using the Game

SHAP10R is offered for personal entertainment use. You may play, revisit daily challenges, and use the web features made available on the site. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt gameplay or hosting infrastructure, or use automation in a way that harms the experience for other players.

Leaderboard and Profile Rules

Public leaderboard participation is optional. If you create or save a public profile, you are responsible for the username and location information you choose to submit. Usernames may be rejected, removed, or changed if they are abusive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate for a general-audience game environment.

Existing leaderboard entries may be updated or removed when a profile changes, opts out, or violates site rules.

Availability and Changes

SHAP10R may change over time. Features, scoreboards, daily behavior, game balance, and site presentation may be updated without prior notice. Availability is not guaranteed in every browser, device, or region at all times.

Intellectual Property

The SHAP10R name, original gameplay design, site copy, branding, and related assets are owned by William Scott Jensen unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy, redistribute, or commercially reuse site materials without permission.

SHAP10R is provided on an "as is" basis. While reasonable effort is made to keep the experience available and functional, no guarantee is made that gameplay, data storage, or online features will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
